A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment specified in your quotation and a written confirmation from Toureesma. Prices are subject to availability and may change until the booking is confirmed.
Payment schedules are specified in each package quotation. Typically, 25–50% is payable at booking and the balance 30 days before departure. Payments can be made by UPI, card, net banking, or bank transfer through our secure payment gateway.
Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation relative to departure and the policies of underlying suppliers (airlines, hotels). Standard slabs: 30+ days — full refund minus non-refundable supplier costs and processing fees; 15–29 days — 50% of package cost; under 15 days — up to 100%. Exact terms are stated on each package quotation, which prevails.
Travelers are responsible for holding valid passports (minimum 6 months validity) and obtaining required visas. Toureesma provides assistance but does not guarantee visa issuance; visa fees are non-refundable if an application is rejected.
Toureesma reserves the right to alter itineraries due to weather, strikes, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control. Comparable alternatives will be offered wherever possible.
Toureesma acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers and is not liable for their acts, omissions, delays, or deficiencies. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and included in select packages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
