2. Services Provided

Toureesma is a travel agency that offers tour packages, travel bookings, and related tourism services as listed on our website or communicated via direct interaction. All bookings are subject to availability and may require additional documentation or verification.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

  • Bookings must be made through our official website, agents, or authorized platforms.
  • Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. In general:
    • A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm bookings.
    • Accepted payment methods include UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets via trusted third-party payment gateways.
  • All payments must be completed before the commencement of the trip unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Toureesma reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking in case of incomplete payment, fraudulent activity, or force majeure.

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled departure date for domestic tours and 15 days for international tours to be eligible for a full refund (minus any non-refundable charges such as airline penalties or hotel fees).
  • Cancellations made after this period may result in partial or no refunds, depending on supplier policies.
  • Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 7–14 business days.
  • No refunds will be provided for:
    • “No-show” at the time of departure.
    • Early return during the tour.
    • Non-utilization of any part of the service.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for:

  • Holding valid travel documents including passports, visas, and insurance.
  • Following health advisories, destination entry rules, and local laws.
  • Ensuring they meet age, fitness, and documentation requirements for the tour booked.

Toureesma will not be liable for denial of entry, missed flights, or delays caused due to personal negligence.

6. Limitation of Liability

Toureesma acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as hotels, airlines, and transport companies. We are not liable for:

  • Delays, cancellations, or changes by third-party providers.
  • Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
  • Injuries, accidents, or unforeseen events during the trip.

Our liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in dispute.

7. Changes or Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify itineraries, hotels, or activities due to operational constraints or safety concerns.
  • Cancel or reschedule a tour in case of insufficient participation or force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics).

In such cases, alternative options or refunds may be offered at our discretion.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Toureesma, its employees, partners, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of our services, breach of these terms, or violation of any laws or third-party rights.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted on our website with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revised terms.
